Do I need to bring my own realtor?
Not at all. You are welcome to attend independently. If you are already working with a realtor, they are also welcome to join you during the tour.
Are family members and children allowed?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring anyone who will be part of your home-buying decision. Please keep in mind that some properties feature delicate staging, so children should be supervised.
How long should I expect to spend at the event?
Most guests spend between 45 minutes to an hour exploring the curated collection. You are welcome to browse at your own pace and ask our team as many questions as you like.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, complimentary parking is available at all event locations. Our concierge team will direct you to the designated guest parking areas upon arrival.
